From the moment the problem was reported, the customer service was of high quality, attentive to my needs and extremely professional. The replacement was made immediately. Sales service not up to par. I ordered 2 BlackZon 4WD RC cars for children, which I received. The hull of one of the 2 cars was missing the notches to pass the headlight wires. The other one was missing the instructions. One of the 2 cases has scratches that go beyond the protective film, as if it had already been used. The sales department assured me that it was not. I wanted to order 2 more batteries, but not available when purchasing the cars. Sales told me it should arrive within "2 to 3 days" (07/12/23). The batteries were only available on 12/22, 15 days later...! I order them immediately and I take the GLS transport offered at the most expensive, but guaranteeing a delivery time of 24 to 48 hours, but with sending to the Christmas address. On 12/29 the batteries had not arrived and we left our Christmas party location, I redirected the transport to my home. It is 01/01/24 and batteries still not received. Ok there is 1 public holiday, but it is not admissible to deliberately disrespect customers with completely incorrect announced deadlines. No longer admissible to receive incomplete, not new products.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this online seller. Customer service is deplorable, with late or non-existent responses. I had to contact after-sales service because the product delivered did not work. No consideration was given to my problem. Avoid purchasing from this site at all costs, it is a frustrating and disappointing experience.
